FLOWby ViyunOps

AI-powered security operations platform

Who we are

Integrated Security Solutions

ViyunOps brings technology to security operations: faster, smoother, more accurate. FLOW, our platform, was created to remove the mundane from security. It connects every movement, entry and report into one live picture of the operation, and takes over the routine administration, follow-up and reporting. Your team can then focus on what matters most: guests, colleagues, observation and operational excellence.

Our vision

Give security more time to be present.

Our mission

To automate the routine work of the Security Operations Centre (SOC). FLOW connects every record into one live operational picture, follows up what is outstanding, produces the reports and keeps the documentation complete. Your team is free to focus on what technology cannot replace: leadership, judgement, guest engagement, teamwork and proactive decisions.

Less administration. More presence.
Automate the process. Elevate the people.
Connected operations. Intelligent decisions.

Our two core principles

Principle 1

Effortless operations

Built with one goal: to reduce the effort needed to record, manage and follow up security information. A single entry from an officer carries through to every record, report and follow-up that depends on it.

  • Head counts, villa occupancy and emergency-team cover are updated from every entry.
  • Overdue boats, crew not returned and long off-island staff are followed up automatically.
  • Late, incorrect or missing entries are identified and sent for review.
  • Supervisors keep full situational awareness, in the office or over a coffee.
Principle 2

Flexible & natural operation

Every resort has its own standards, structure and priorities. FLOW adapts to the way your team already works.

  • Every entry is made by phone, on the jetty or in the office, without paper records.
  • Weaver gives guidance and suggestions, and learns from your team to adapt its responses.
  • Weaver works with the manager on incident reports, SOPs and emergency response plans, based on how your resort actually operates, not a default template.
  • Managers find the daily and monthly analytics ready for review, and can follow the operation from anywhere, even a bench by the beach.

Movement & dispatch

One entry. Every record updated.

The officer fills in one form for a boat. From that single entry, FLOW updates everything that depends on it.

Patrols & observations

Every round counted. Every observation closed.

Scans become patrol rounds for each officer. Every observation is followed until it is fixed and checked.

  • Rounds per shift against the standard, with the officers who did them
  • Observations sent to the right department, with reminders until fixed
  • Each fix checked on patrol, then added to the daily report
  • Rushed and back-to-back rounds flagged, so a patrol counts only when it is real
  • Jetty duty during boat transfers counted, so officers are judged fairly
  • Threat levels set the rounds needed; shortfalls from short manning show clearly
  • Weaver recalls when Security first raised an issue and how long it stayed open

Security and privacy

Your data stays yours.

FLOW holds information about guests, staff and visitors. The new FLOW platform is being built to the standards below, with security and privacy by design, so only the right people see the right things.

SeparateEach client, walled off

Every client's data is kept apart from every other client's.

EncryptedIn transit and at rest

Identity data gets an extra layer of its own.

AccessThe right person, the right data

Personal sign-in, roles per job, two-step sign-in for managers.

HostingCloudflare and Supabase

In a region agreed with each client, with tested backups.

GDPRDesigned for GDPR compliance

The standard resorts already follow, built in from the start.

ISO/IEC 27001Built to align with its controls

Information security controls based on the international standard.

TestingIndependent testing

Committed to yearly penetration testing by an outside firm.

AgreementsBinding, in writing

Confidentiality and data-processing agreements with every client.

Our philosophy

Every operation has two weaknesses.

Built and fine-tuned in real-life resort security operations.

Solution 1

Every dot connected. No person can look across many sets of data and connect them reliably, every time. FLOW does, around the clock.

Solution 2

Records without the hours. Keeping records by hand takes hours of labour and is never free of error. FLOW keeps them complete and accurate, automatically.

FLOW delivers both without adding a single step to how security already works.

Technology should empower people, not replace them.

Conclusion

Where your team's time should go.

More time observing.
More time leading.
More time protecting.
More time serving.

Exceptional operations are built by people, and people perform best when technology works quietly in the background.

AI is not your team. It is the team behind your team: it carries the routine administration, so your people can train, run drills and engage with guests.
